Permanent Recruitment
We provide a strong permanent recruitment strategy that shortens the hiring timeline and enhances retention. Our solution is fully customized to meet your business requirements, and we can integrate some of your onboarding procedures to further streamline the process.
Temporary/Contract Recruitment
Strengthen your workforce with a flexible temporary recruitment service, so you can cope with staff fluctuations. We are a GLAA organisation and REC Audited. So, our compliance measures are of the highest calibre. Giving you peace of mind that we are operating legitimately.
Payments
You will receive weekly payments on a pay-as-you-earn (PAYE) basis, with payments processed one week in arrears. Your earnings will be directly deposited into your account via BACS by 5 pm every Friday, and you will receive your payslip via email 24 hours before payment. Deductions will only be made for tax and National Insurance contributions.
If you need to update your bank details, please note that changes cannot be accepted over the phone. You must submit written requests to us at [email protected].
After three months of agency work with us, you will be automatically enrolled in a pension scheme provided by NEST.

Holiday
Our holiday year runs from April 1st to March 31st, and all holiday entitlement must be used within this period as unused days will not carry over. You accrue 28 days of paid holiday, including Bank Holidays, based on hours worked excluding voluntary overtime. To book holidays, you must provide double the notice period in writing via email ([email protected]) or in person. Bank Holidays require separate requests, and you must notify both us and the company you are working for when booking time off.
